Find Wellness at Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

Los Angeles is synonymous with living a healthy, fit lifestyle, even while traveling. Today we see hotels popping up with new room features that optimize guests’ physical and emotional wellbeing. In our tech obsessed age where most of us are tied to our phones morning, noon, and night, hotels are offering wellness themed experiential stays beyond the spa, restaurants, and recreation programs. The Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has done just that with recent stylish and health conscious renovations and room perks.

Located on the fourth floor Spa level, guests can select from five new wellness-themed eco chic hotel rooms and two suites with hypo allergenic flooring, exercise equipment, Alo Yoga mats, Peloton spin bikes, nutritious snacks in the mini-bar, natural toiletry amenities from LATHER, and guided meditation videos by Deepak Chopra.

Other unique features include a Circadian lighting system that helps you sleep better with a Mood box engineered to simulate the color temperature and intensity of natural outdoor light, working to energize the body during the day and enhance sleep quality at night. A state-of-the-art air purification system reduces allergens, toxins and microbes – invisible to the human eye – and supports restful sleep. A dechlorinator reduces chlorine from the essence-infused shower water, for a pure experience. We hope these benefits become the new standard.

Guests can access Wellness by Delos room features and programs – including sleep, stress, and nutrition programs – like a healthy in-room dining menu, with numerous menu choices approved by the Cleveland Clinic, which are denoted by the GO!Well seal. Four Seasons Executive Chef Byron Thomas created an exclusive in-room dining menu with options like antioxidant salad; avocado and pistachio dumplings; poblano and portobello tacos; falafel salad bowl; and seared salmon.

To encourage continued wellness, the room comes with preferred pricing on spa treatments. An 80 minute massage is the price of a 50-minute treatment. Do not miss the 80 minute Surrender massage designed by the Spa’s top therapists who collaborated for 24 hours over 3 days with a leading European masseuse – combining all of the best advanced techniques to help detoxify, stretch, and relax. The massage with healing crystal infused oils incorporates energy healing around acupressure points along the Chinese meridians – melting tensions and producing a revitalized body, clear mind, and peaceful heart. The Surrender Massage reminded me of a blend of yoga, Thai and Swedish massage, and the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Organic facials, BioMeditation energy treatments, and a nail suite are available too. And for the perfect LA experience, try the new JetSet Refresh Facial, arriving just in time for Awards Season in January 2018.

After a steam and sauna, rinse off and rest in the spa’s relaxation lounge before taking a dip into the rooftop outdoor pool nearby, or come back at night for a swim under the stars when all is quiet…take your first steps towards true mindfulness at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
