The Five Most Expensive Puma Sneakers

Puma is well-known for making excellent sneakers. The company has been doing so for a number of decades and for most people, these are shoes that easily compete with any other shoe company out there.

Their unique styling sets them apart, as does their ability to create a shoe that can be worn during casual situations and still perform well during athletic performance. Instead of buying two pairs of shoes, you can effectively buy one pair of Puma sneakers and accomplish the same thing because you can use them to go running or to go out for the evening.

While Puma certainly hasn't produced a lot of shoes that come with ridiculous pricing like many of the other brands out there, you can expect to pay a decent price for a good shoe. Below are five of their most expensive sneakers, with the most expensive option coming in at number one.

5. Puma Basket Heart Hyper Embroidered Women’s Sneaker - $80

These shoes may not seem like they're really all that expensive when compared to some of the other sneakers that are available out there, but it's still more than most people are willing to spend on a pair of athletic shoes. In this particular case, the price is $80. The thing that really drives the cost up in this particular instance is all of the specialized embroidery work, along with the fact that the shoes are designed to be top quality athletic shoes that can also be worn casually.

4. Puma Fierce Strap Hyper Natured Textured Sneaker for Women - $110

These shoes will definitely stand out in a crowd so if you want something that's going to set you apart from everyone else, this is a great way to go about it. They're pink with just a few hints of some black accents and, perhaps most notably, they’re high-tops. As such, they make most people think of years gone by. More specifically, they look like they were probably very much at home during the 1980s. With that being said, the shoes work very well with most styles for young women today. Make no mistake about it, these shoes that cost $110 are nothing to sneeze at. They might look great, but they're also great for running and virtually any other athletic activity you care to do.

3. Puma Thunder Electric Men’s Shoes - $120

The name pretty much says it all with these shoes. They are designed for comfort and performance and they handle both very well. The shoes cost $120, something that's not outside of the ordinary realm for a good pair of athletic shoes. The thing you're most likely to notice is that they combine a hodgepodge of different colors including grey, white, black and orange.

Despite that fact, this color combination seems to work well. It provides just enough detail to get your attention without being overbearing. Most importantly, the shoes perform just as well as any other sneakers from Puma.

2. Puma Thunder Spectra 9 Shoes for Men - $170

These shoes which sell for $170, look very much like the ones listed in the above paragraph. The thing that sets them apart is the combination of materials used to manufacture them. The shoes are part leather, parts suede and part mesh. It all comes together very nicely and incorporates a comprehensive support system in the soul that allows you to be comfortable whether you're on your feet all day or not. As always, it's a shoe that can be worn while working around the house, exercising, or walking through the neighborhood.

1. Puma Thunder Spectra Sneakers for Men - $200

These shoes sell for about $230. They look very similar to the rest of the Puma Thunder series but they incorporate all of the latest technology when it comes to comfort and performance. You might think of this particular series as a certain type of automobile.

With each passing year, improvements are made that allow it to perform better, last longer and provide a greater amount of reliability. The same is true for these shoes.

A lot of people have the tendency to balk at the idea of spending over $200 for a pair of shoes but if those shoes last for years, they're comfortable and they do what they were designed to do, you're probably saving more money than your spending. This is especially true if you already have issues with your feet and you need something that will give them the support they need so you can be comfortable no matter what you're doing throughout the day.
