The hotel is situated along the coastline at the top of a 150-foot high bluff. There is a California beach sensibility about the hotel, which is realized in its spa inspired by the sea, its gold course, and the 15 adventurous eco-excursions designed for guests to explore, the chance to spend a glorious day surfing in the Pacific Ocean.

The guest rooms feature ocean views enjoyable from private balconies and patios, first floor outdoor fire pits for ocean view rooms, luxurious linens, comforters and pillows, 42” LED flat screen 1080p HDTVs and DVD players, Wi-Fi and hard-wired Internet access, full marble bathrooms, individual air-conditioning and heating controls.

Pets are welcome, with a $50 per night boarding fee and a $150 one-time cleaning fee per stay. There is a two pet maximum for each guest room. In addition to water sports, there are artist galleries, museums, gardens, surfing, golf, Ritz Kids activities just for them, whale watching and an endless variety of attractions throughout the area.

Located at the top of Water Tower Place, the hotel has spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the skyscrapers which line the Magnificent Mile of Chicago’s Gold Coast district. The two restaurants, Deca and the dec, offer brasserie-inspired dishes and fresh ingredients sourced seasonally. Both are chic, elegant and casual.

Guests can easily visit Lake Michigan for summer sailing, walks or runs along the shore. The Navy Pier, the Field Museum, Millennium Park and Michigan Avenue shopping are all favored attractions. There is something to do year-round in the Windy City.

This luxury resort is situated in the High Sonoran Desert, surrounded by the Tortolita Mountains, not far from Tucson. It is in southern Arizona, and picturesque with Saguaro cacti, desert views and the sheer beauty of the clear air and sunshine.

The spirit of the resort is inspired by the Hohokam, the indigenous people who once lived on the land. During the day, guests may adventure by horseback into the mountains.
