Wearable tech trends are on the rise, and with an ever changing and expanding market, it’s hard to know where to put your money next. You want the most out of your hard earned dollar, pieces that enhance your lifestyle, without wasting money on products that don’t work, or have poor performance capabilities. We’ve researched these five, top of the line tech pieces that offer consumers livable function, style, durability and purpose that is sure to set them apart, and above, the crowd.
The GoPro HERO4 Black
A wearable (or gear mountable) high tech camera without all the clunkiness of handhelds from days gone by with infinitely better picture quality and tech capabilities. The appeal of the GoPro line is that they offer consumers a high quality (read; movie like) video capability that used to be reserved for Hollywood elites. They’ve packed tons of features into the HERO4 Black, including 2x the performance of earlier models, which had already been quite impressive. It’s also fast, 30 frames per second fast, or you can go slow mo or even time lapse mode if you so choose. The camera has a low light mode that auto adjusts, an after dark mode for unbelievable pictures you never thought you’d catch, “Quick Capture” that lets you both start your GoPro and recording all with one button, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and more all tied up in a lightweight, ultra portable package.
When you get into the specs of the GoPro HERO4 Black, you are almost afraid to look at the bottom line, but surprisingly, the HERO4 costs under $300 ($284 currently to be exact). This is less than what we were paying for basic, low res digital cameras just a few years ago!

They have a fairly impressive charge time of forty hours and also offer a quick 3 minute charge time. They’ll run you about $82 per pair. Not the cheapest on the market, but definitely an investment you’ll want to make to get the most out of your expensive system.
