As a principal at the company he conducted more than 700 search assignments, tasked with recruiting C-suite executives at some of the country's largest companies. Chris co-founded Spencer Stuart's digital practice. His book, The Proactive Executive, draws upon his decades of experience to educate executives on how to climb the corporate latter. After retiring from Spencer Stuart in 2015, Chris founded his own practice where he now coaches executives in a one-on-one setting.
