John’s entire professional career has focused on the wealth planning and fiduciary needs of wealthy families. A Florida native, he is a third generation attorney and a second generation trust officer. John began his career in the private practice of trust and estates law in the Tampa Bay area, concentrating on estate planning and probate, and trust administration issues. He then crossed over to the trust banking side, working in senior trust officer positions for SunTrust and U.S. Trust. After relocating to St. Louis with U.S. Trust, John also served as a wealth manager for J. P. Morgan and, immediately prior to joining Enterprise Trust, as a partner and executive family advisor in a multi-family office. At Enterprise Trust, John works closely with clients, along with their attorneys and other professional advisors on estate and financial plans. As Chief Fiduciary Officer, he leads the trust administration group, providing guidance on a wide variety of fiduciary matters. John is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration (Finance) and received his Juris Doctor degree from its College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar. He serves on the board of St. Clement of Rome School and is active in fundraising for Central Institute for the Deaf.
