As the general manager of The Westin Boston Waterfront, Aloft Boston Seaport and Element Boston Seaport, Michael Jorgensen uses that innovative approach to improve hotel operations, engage guests and associates and drive revenue. Prior to his tenure with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Jorgensen served as the general manager at The Drake Hotel in Chicago and hotel manager at Four Seasons Hotel in Houston, with a background that includes stints on the operational side of hotel management.
