Thomas Hofstetter is the forward-thinking managing partner at Points Group, a nationally recognized, award-winning, full-service marketing agency. Points Group specializes in providing strategy, branding, marketing and PR services to a broad spectrum of companies in the healthcare industry. He has over 25 years of experience in various C-level positions in global corporations and long-time experience in strategy and management consulting. At Points Group, he has built an open forum to challenge team members to think innovatively, create ideas and form opinions. He has a knack for identifying how new technologies and trends can best be used together and incorporated into the client strategies that Points develops. Prior to forming Points Group, Hofstetter led and formed several entrepreneurial ventures in healthcare, sports and information technology. He is one of the founding members of a network of international healthcare marketing agencies, focused on providing companies in the healthcare industry the ability to market internationally. He is a board member at HeritX, a non-profit organization focused solely on preventing inherited cancer. Hofstetter co-founded the National Women's Soccer League and is an owner of the New Jersey franchise, Sky Blue Women’s Soccer. He holds investments at Molesafe USA and Magestix Germany. He also serves on the board at the Florida Healthcare Services Advisors Network. On a personal note, Thomas likes to compete in ultra-marathons and triathlons, and paint. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
