Just as the name implies, the rooms have an ocean view but the advantages of staying there certainly don’t end with a view of the ocean. The building has a swimming pool, hot tubs and spacious rooms. The rooms might seem modest, but they’re big enough to get the job done and they include everything you need. It’s definitely not like you’ll be roughing it while you’re there. The most important thing is that they’re clean and your needs are attended to quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

There aren’t a lot of extra amenities at this location, given the fact that you do have your own ability to cook meals and make your own coffee but if you’re looking for a place that’s clean and relaxing, you don’t need to look any further. In addition, it’s the perfect place to go if you want something that is isn’t ultra modern or if you’re tired of staying in hotels that are nothing but giant skyscrapers full of glass.

You can use this location for a week’s vacation or to stay for an extended period of time. Each suite is like its own small apartment and many times, they do rent apartments on a long-term basis out to individuals. It makes it a great place to stay if you’re considering moving to the area and you want to see what it would actually be like to live there for a while before you make any major changes. Since each suite is able to function as its own apartment, you have your own private bathroom, you can cook and make coffee in your own kitchenette, and there is an area on the premises for common laundry services.

First Colony Inn

There are all kinds of things that make this establishment unique. It has its on his own private beach and the only people that have access to that beach are those who are staying at the hotel. It also has a large outdoor swimming pool that you can take advantage of and the rooms themselves are extremely spacious. They may not be as modern as some, but they definitely get the job done.
