The 10 Best Places to Travel in March of 2019

March is a popular time for people to travel. Fortunately, there are a lot of travel possibilities that can be found in said month, meaning that interested individuals should be able to find something that is well-suited to their particular preferences no matter what those might be.

Belize

Situated on the eastern coast of Central America, Belize is interesting in that its east consists of coastline while much of its west consists of jungle. As such, while Belize doesn’t get as much attention as its Caribbean counterparts, it can be an excellent choice for people who want to visit a place with excellent beaches.

Bermuda

Bermuda is a tourist destination that has seen both ups and downs. However, it is important to note that it has been making something of a comeback in recent times. Suffice to say that Bermuda’s well-established tourism infrastructure means that interested individuals can expect outstanding convenience that less visited places cannot match.

Canadian Rockies

March is the time when winter starts turning into spring. As a result, some people might be upset with the passing of wintertime conditions, which in turn, means a loss of opportunities for wintertime activities. If so, consider heading to the Canadian Rockies, which boasts places such as Lake Louise where visitors can rest and relax as well as play to their heart’s content.

Delhi

In March, India celebrates the spring festival called Holi, which might be more familiar to some people as the Festival of Colors. For people who are curious about such celebrations, there are few places better than Delhi, which is one of the biggest and one of the most interesting cities that can be found on the whole of the Indian subcontinent.

Dublin

Speaking of which, Dublin is another place where people can expect to find people celebrating in the month of March. After all, St. Patrick’s Day falls on March 17, meaning that interested individuals can expect a multi-day celebration. Dublin is a particularly excellent choice for people who are curious about sampling some of Ireland’s finest brews, though it should be mentioned that it has plenty of cultural as well as other attractions as well.

Melbourne

In Melbourne, March is summer’s end. Due to this, it is a comfortable time in the city temperature-wise, which should come as welcome news for people who are less than enthused about extremes in that particular regard. With that said, Melbourne offers plenty of opportunities for fun for visitors, with examples ranging from its restaurants and retailers to places such as the Melbourne Zoo. Suffice to say that Melbourne is one of the biggest cities in Australia, meaning that it has the amenities and attractions that one would expect from that kind of status.

Oman

Oman is one of the countries that can be found on the Arabian Peninsula. However, while some people might think of something along the lines of Dubai, Oman tends to be better-known for villages that look as though they never left the 17th century as well as a fascinating landscape that combines deserts with beaches and mountains.

Patagonia

Patagonia is a much talked-about landmass. After all, it is situated at the southernmost tip of South America, though it should be mentioned that much of its own tourism value lies in its own scene of natural beauty. March is a particularly good time to pay a visit because it is the end of the summer season, meaning that the temperatures are comfortable while the influx of tourists has fallen to some extent.

Sarasota

For warmth and a sense of welcome, consider checking out the wonderful beaches of Sarasota. Besides its own appeal, the city also makes for a good starting point to look into the rest of the tourism opportunities offered by one of the more naturally interesting states in America.

Valencia

Valencia gets a mention here because of its traditional cuisine as well as its shopping and nightlife. Conveniently, March is also the time when the city celebrates Las Fallas, which is a five-day festival that is believed to have started out as a way to honor Saint Joseph.
