I am absolutely one of those people that cues the Christmas music the morning after Thanksgiving. The tree comes out and so do all of our decorations. And I start filling in our calendar with holiday events for our family that run the gamut from tree lightings and candlelight walks to carriage rides and visits with Santa. Getting dressed up for our nights out is a huge part of the fun. Here are some brands, from jewelry to accessories, I am really loving this holiday season that makes great gifts for others, and of course for yourself too:
The Crystal Pave Bangle Accents by Chamilia is a fantastic bracelet choice especially for a gift as it is easy to customize. The radiant bangle makes a bold statement and really sparkles during the holiday season. But my favorite part of this is adding the charms. Chamilia makes hundreds of these to fit all styles and milestones from birthstones to anniversaries. The charms also do a great job of showing of your personal style and interests — I loved the travel-related charms, for instance, and choose a bracelet themed around this with the Bon Voyage and Take the Scenic Route charms among others.
Around my neck I’m loving the Chamilia Seven Days Long Necklace. It is super versatile thanks to the 48” length in a continuous cable that works as either a solitary long piece or can be doubled over to create a layered vibe. The sterling silver necklace also has an elegant look thanks to alternating between a connections lattice and a petite Swarovski Pure Brilliance Zirconia pave accent.
I love the Origins Linear Earring by Chamilia. It was designed to symbolize new beginnings and makes a great gift for a special friend who is going through some life changes. The earrings are made from .925 sterling silver and feature a wheat motif with millegrain beading down the center and accents of high polish. They are also curved to accentuate and frame your face and the ends are set with paved rows of White Pure Brilliance Zirconia for an extra sparkle.
And finally for accenting the finger, a ring… I’m loving the Infinity Clear Ring by Chamilia if you want something simple and classic. I love the intricate settings and the Swarovski Pure Brilliance Zirconia stones sparkle brilliantly and are set completely around the sterling silver band. In a gift for a friend friendly price-point, I am loving The Latitude Points Ring. It is great value at just $40 and is designed to inspire you to recenter and rediscover yourself. It is made with sterling silver and Swarovski Zirconia and can be stacked with other Chamilia rings for a personal look.
Think Royln is making a really fun winter hat I’m loving as an accessory this season — it also makes a great holiday gift for any of your girlfriends. The Downtown Crown with Rib Trim is super versatile; trendy chic enough to be worn on the running trail, ski slopes or around the big city. There are also a range of bright colors to choose from including signature prints and some metallic hues, which means there is a hat for all personality types. I also love how soft and warm this hat is and the fact that if I’m having a bad hair day I can simply pull it on and take my look up a few levels.
Ponchos are super in right now and I love the Cropped Hi-Low Poncho by Think Royln (it looks great with the hat mentioned above). The down-filled poncho is stylish yet super cozy comfy and great for layering. I love the slashed pockets to keep my hands warm as well as the oversized hood and quarter zip feature. There is also an inside pocket that works well for stashing your phone or cash and credit cards. The poncho comes in a range of bright colors and fun patterns like the Kelly Bloom with bright flowers.
And finally, you need some versatile footwear that will work in multiple situations. The Blanche Winter Boot by Sam Edelman is my pick for this task. These lace-up winter ankle boots are fun, stylish and functional: they actually keep you warm and best of all are designed for walking. I love the faux fur and tassels. The heel is also a great height at just 1-inch and my feet don’t hurt after running around the city in these. My husband always jokes that when I am wearing these, I am a stickler on the family photos to make sure it’s taken full length because I want the boots in the picture!
