The Farmstead at Royal Malewane
The Farmstead at Royal Malewane is set to open its doors as the newest addition to the Thornybush Private Game Reserve. There are four accommodations available at this new locations that is recommended for those who are looking for an exclusive hotel with five star accommodations, cuisine and wildlife guides for an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. The new Farmstead location is a part of the Royal Portfolio and it sits at the border of the Kruger National Park. There are 3 luxury farm suites available along with 1 farmhouse with four bedrooms available. It’s an exclusive retreat setting which offers deals ideal for a couple on their honeymoon or for a full private family retreat. The new retreat opens on June 1, 2019.
Tuludi, Khwai Private Reserve, Botswana
If you’re into viewing the wildlife in South Africa, Tuludi is set to open their doors in July of 2019. It’s a new luxury lodge that will offer 7 rooms which are designed in a tree-house style, but the interiors are slated to be sophisticated and luxurious. Each room will come with its own plunge pool and there will also be a large swimming pool for guests in the main area of the grounds. A part of the proceeds from the rates which guests pay go back into preserving the eco-systems within the area so you’re helping to maintain the environment and contribute to the greater good of the area when you stay there. Tuludi is located in the Okavango Delta region.
Sonop, Namib desert, Namibia
This new hotel is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019. It will be a tented camp with luxury accommodations placed in the glory of the Namib desert. The new camp style hotel will offer a refinement of the British Colonial period from the 1920s, except it will come with all the bells and whistles for guests with 10 very spacious tents, filled with lovely carpets, precious wood and antique furnishings that will make you feel as though you’ve just traveled backwards in time. There will also be an amazing restaurant, a cigar and cocktail lounge and an infinity pool that is heated with a pool bar, a spa and many more luxury accommodations. It will also offer an open-air cinema and several telescopes for star gazers to look into the heavens.
Magashi Camp, Akagera National Park, Rwanda
A new location is opening up in May of 2019 for Wilderness Safaris. A luxury safari camp in the Akagera National Park called the Magashi Camp will be placed in the scenic setting with large populations of wildlife available for your viewing. The camp will offer 6 spacious luxury tents in an exclusive and private setting. There will be a bar area and guest will enjoy gathering around the fire pit for an authentic experience tha embraces the local culture in a luxury setting.
Lekkerwater Beach Lodge at De Hoop, De Hoop Nature Reserve, South Africa
If you’r ea fan of ocean front hotels then the new Lekkewater Beach Lodge may be to your liking. It’s scheduled to open for guest stays in April of 2019. The new lodge will offer opportunities for some of the best whale watching in the region. The name of the lodge is translated as the place of good water.
