There are moments in our lives when we are out our lowest. Sometimes these moments are inexplicable. While there may certainly be an understanding of the overall issue and problem, most times these situations are within our grasp to change. What tends to be extremely difficult about negative moments is that they are powerful. They can cause inertia in ourselves and despite the fact we know exactly what steps are required to take these moments and turn them positive, they can be pretty fear inducing and force us to just sit there and wallow.
As human beings we tend to try and “think” our way out of these moments. That winds up being worse for us as our thoughts will always lead back to the negativity. In reality there’s only one way to get your brain from a negative moment to a positive or simply “regular” moments. Take action. That’s it. It’s that simple. Take action. No matter how small that action is, if you DO something, not think something, you’ll be amazed at how your mind will transfer almost immediately.
Will it get rid of your underlying problem? Of course not. However, with a better mind you’ll have more at your disposal to solve the problem. Remember, take action folks. I did a short video on the subject below. Good luck out there!
