The Five Best Sneaker Silhouettes Adidas has to Offer

When you think of Adidas you immediately think of Adidas Classics, they’re iconic. The athletic giant has since then ramped up their silhouettes with imaginative details that push the boundaries of innovation. Advancements like boost technology and Adidas teaming up with parley for the Oceans creating a sneaker made entirely out of plastic is a small tidbit of what they’ve been able to do as an acclaimed athletic authority. While you should always have a pair of classics in your closet here are 5 sneakers from Adidas that deserve your money.

Adidas Kamanda

The Kamanda silhouette is not for the shy of heart. With a suede upper giving way to a uniquely patterned midsole it is a great take on the Adidas pension for minimalism. The Kamanda dropped in two colorways black and gum and collegiate burgundy. The shoe is one of the most eclectic styles the brand has to offer. The sneaker is priced at $150 and drops in two new color ways, whit gum and tan in August. IF you’re looking for sneaker that can turn heads, this is the one!

Adidas NMD Hu

The music powerhouse and fashion icon Pharrell, one of the three members of N.E.R.D teamed up with Adidas to create the NMD Hu one of their most sought after collaborations much akin to Kanye West’s Yeezy line. The sneaker dropped in 2015 with the yellow colorway and many have followed after that. Each sneaker features a message of something centered on a topic that impacts the human race hence the ‘hu’ in the shoe name. The sneaker make up consists of a boost midsole (which makes them super comfy) layered with midsole bumpers underneath a primeknit upper and high set of laces just underneath the tongue of the shoe. The NMD Hu resales for around $700 – $7,000 and getting a pair is not easy but if you do cherish them.

Adidas Ultra Boost

It’s hard to believe the Ultra Boost came out in 2015. In a matter of three years it has since become a household name. The primeknit upper immediately following a midsole made completely out of boost technology has made it one of the comfiest shoes on the market. The sneaker sells for different price points and has a ton of collaborations under its belt. People like Stella McCartney, Kolor and even NYC retailer Kinfolk has a boost of their own. This is the sneaker that blends comfort and style effortlessly, it’s a must have in any wardrobe.

Adidas EQT Support ADV Mid

This is honestly one of Adidas’s cutest shoes. Fellas don’t let that detour you from making this purchase. The EQT is in one word chic. The sneaker is perfect for summer and still cozy enough to get you through fall and winter. It features a light mid sole and the three stripes webbing tape on the sides followed by a primeknit upper and what can look like a sock upper around the ankle. The sneaker retails for around $160 and has a long shelf life than other sneakers in the Adidas arsenal. You can find different iterations of the EQT at multiple retailers so your chances of nabbing a pair is high.

Adidas Deerupt

The Deerupt is one Adidas more futuristic looking silhouettes. The sneaker comes across as rather simple and complex at the same time. The sneaker mirrors a simple boost model devoid of the three stripes detail. It feature a mesh overlay that spans from the upper all the way to the lightweight EVA midsole. In recent iterations the sneakers comes in all around colorway with some models having a differing mid sole color. The sneaker is finished off with a minimal lacing construct. The sneaker is more modest price wise coming in at about $100. If you want a simple sneaker that is comfortable and can go with everything, this is your choice.
