The Return of the Nike React Element 87

The Nike React Element 87 was introduced in a very memorable way at the Paris Fashion Week in March of 2018. Since that time, the hype has continued to build up, with the result that there is a fair amount of enthusiasm for the shoe that has just been released. Of course, considering the sheer amount of hype that can be found out there, it is natural for people to be curious about whether the Nike React Element 87 can live up to their expectations or not before proceeding further.

What Can People Expect from the Nike React Element 87?

First, it is worthwhile to mention a little something about the background of the Nike React Element 87. In short, said shoe featured the involvement of the Japanese designer Jun Takahashi. Said individual has been involved in the creation of a wide range of clothing and other forms of apparel, but he tends to be best-known because of his role in launching the brand called Uncovered, which is famous for its focus on high-end streetwear for a wide range of interested individuals. As a result, it is perhaps unsurprising that the Nike React Element 87 seems designed with urban dwellers in mind, which should come as welcome news to those who fall under said criterion.

On a semi-related note, it is important to point out that while the Nike React Element 87 is a shoe that is more than capable of standing on its own, it isn’t wholly unprecedented. After all, one of its sources of inspiration is the Nike Internationalist from the 1980s, which was considered one of the best shoes for runners in its time because of the marathon where it had its initial debut. In fact, there are a fair number of people who speculate that the name of the Nike React Element 87 includes 87 because it is a nod to 1987, thus further strengthening the connection between it and its predecessor.

With that said, no shoe succeed based on pure reputation. Luckily, while the Nike React Element 87 has received a lot of hype, it does a credible job of living up to said hype, which is rather impressive under the circumstances. For example, there are a lot of people who have commented about it being one of the most comfortable shoes out there, which is helped by the fact that it boasts excellent cushioning as well as well-made soles that make clever use of Nike’s new React foam tech. As for style, well, suffice to say that there are plenty of people who love the futuristic look of the Nike React Element 87, so much so that most of them are willing to overlook most of the minor complaints that they might have about it. Still, those who are curious should know that some of those complaints range from a see-through upper to a heel collar that can prove irritating for people who are wearing heel socks. On the whole though, these are minor complaints that do not over weigh the positivity that has been expressed by most of the people who are speaking out about it.

Where Can People Get the Nike React Element 87?

For people who are interested in the Nike React Element 87, getting a hold of a pair can be a challenge. After all, the shoe has received a lot of hype, which had an unsurprising impact on the number of people heading to the retailers upon its initial release. As a result, the shoe is in short supply, which is a problem for people who didn’t get in on the early rush.

On the plus side, the sheer interest in the Nike React Element 87 means that interested individuals are bound to get a chance later on. For that matter, it seems probable that Nike will be releasing more of the Nike React Element 87 with new color schemes, which should be pleasing for people who like the look of the shoe but want something with colors that are better-suited for their personal preferences. Still, it will be some time before new color schemes come out, meaning that interested individuals might not want to hold out too long, though if they do, seeing what will be made available could prove to be very interesting indeed.
