10 Things You Didn't Know About Cody Sperber

There are many individuals in our society today who are just beginning to realize the potential and the benefits that can be had when we invest. Luckily, for those that are unsure of how to even begin the journey of investing their money, there are plenty of apps and other programs that can help people ease into the process. One of these realms is the idea of real estate investments, and one of the best programs and tools that individuals can use is that of Clever Investor. CEO Cody Sperber has taken much time and energy in his life to help develop and make this program something that is beneficial for all people, and there have been many fantastic results from said efforts. In this article, we are going to help you get to know the Clever Investor CEO, Cody Sperber, and tell you a little more about what the company does for you and your investments. Let's get started.

He Has Served Our Country

As a young teen, Cody Sperber decided to join the armed forces, and became a part of the United States Navy, where he served as a Navy Quartermaster. After serving his time, he was honorably discharged, which then led him to continue on in his career.

After his time serving in the Navy, Cody Sperber attended Arizona State University from 2002 to 2006. He graduated from the University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree (Magna Cum Laude). The knowledge he gained obviously helped him to make strides with all of his future business ventures, as we will discuss in a bit.

Hates The Idea Of Working A 9 To 5 Job

Doesn't everyone? After he finished his degree at Arizona State University, he came to terms with the fact that he didn't want to work the ordinary 9 to 5 jobs and careers that many have to do in our society. This, in turn, inspired him to begin creating his first business, and many of the others thereafter, to help others get rid of the need to work the 9 to 5 as well.

From A Tiny Kitchen To Millions

Sperber's first business that he founded and acted as CEO of was that of Klever Investor, LLC (we'll note the name change later). He began this business with a small email list in his now wife's small kitchen. Klever Investors LLC operated as a real estate investment firm, finding the cheapest foreclosures, fix and flips, and more to eventually turn over a $200 million profit throughout recent years. 'Klever Investors LLC' technically ended in 2016 after serving individuals for eight years (this only ended because of a name change and growth within the company).

Clever Investors LLC

In 2010 is when Clever Investors LLC really took off for Sperber. The company helps to teach other individuals all across the nation and the world how to make a profit flipping homes that they find and purchase to put back on the market. The company is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. It also helps to allow others to realize it is not a 'get rich quick scheme', and gives them the right tools to truly make that profit that they are looking for.

Also Builds Websites

Not only is Sperber excellent at teaching others the art of flipping houses and real estate investment, but he also works to build websites as well. He developed and created the website, as well as other websites for bringing individuals leads on real estate investment. This website building has led him to find a passion for online marketing from a whole new perspective, and for being able to reach out to clients in a whole new light as well.

Philanthropic Side

Cody Sperber is also quite passionate about helping those in need, and working to better the lives of others less fortunate. He has been prominent in fighting for causes such as those environmentally speaking, educationally speaking, and other causes concerning animal welfare throughout the nation. Sperber also worked to raise over $23,000 back in December of 2012 for the victim of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting.

Family Life

As we mentioned before, Cody Sperber resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area where his company is based out of. He lives there with his wife, and his two young children, named Hudson and Brynlee.

Rags To Riches (Figuratively Speaking)

Although Cody Sperber has seen much success in recent years, it took some time for him to get to that level. His passion for real estate investment began after he saw a friend flip a house years back, which profited him $80,000. On his first year at trying to make it in this market, he saw little to no success, which caused him to doubt himself and the business in general. Obviously, he never gave up, and has become one of the most successful real estate investors to date.

Love For Teaching

Cody Sperber has an obvious love for teaching that he has honed in his years in the real estate investment business. In fact, when he was a young boy, he wanted to become a 9th grade history teacher. However, once he saw the annual salary that a high school teacher makes, he decided to look at other options.

The success story that is Cody Sperber is one that many in this generation should follow and learn from. He never gave up, and has now become one of the most prominent and successful real estate investors in recent years. You too can take advantage of the teaching tools and other products that Sperber has to offer via his many websites.
