Not only is he currently serving as the CEO for Kollective Technologies ( and has been for the past 6, almost 7 years), but he has also served in higher positions for other companies throughout his career as well. He has been the President and CEO of several companies such as Captura, Talisma Moxie Software, and Visible Technologies – Cision. Aside from that, he has also served as the Board of Director for Avid Bank.

His Educational Background

Before making his mark in the software industry, Dan Vetras attended the American International College during the late ’70s. He graduated from the college in 1981 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.

One Of The Tops CEOs

In recent years, Dan Vetras has even been ranked in a grouping of the top 25 CEOs for small and mid sized companies all across the nation. The ranking was conducted back in November of 2017.

He Likes To Help Out

Dan Vetras also has a philanthropic side to him as well. Back in 2014, he participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in order to help raise awareness and funds for those suffering from the disorder.

Has Been In The Technology Business For A Long Time

Dan Vetras also has a voice in the social media world, where he often takes to his platform on Twitter to talk about his business and what they do for clients. The 58 year old joined the Twitter-verse back in 2010, before attaining his CEO position with Kollective Technologies.

Aside from his duties and positions at Kollective, Dan Vetras also serves as the COO and an Executive Officer for Pivotal Corporation, as well as the Venture and Industry Partner for Seven Peaks Ventures LLP. We think its safe to say that Vetras definitely has his hands full.

Has Also Worked In Sales

Even prior to his prominent positions at these various companies, Dan VEtras has also worked in sales and marketing positions at other businesses as well. He has served as Vice President of Consumer Sales for companies such as IBM as well as Edmark Corporation. He has also worked in the sales management of Lotus Development Organization which was affiliated with IBM.

Likes Developing Relationships With Clientele

Throughout his career, and especially with that of Kollective, Vetras spends the majority of his time seeing to the day to day operations of the company at a global level, and this, in turn, has allowed him to make many long lasting connections and relationships with his many clients over the course of 30 years.
