5. Breitling Galactic Unitime World Map

The Unitime is a men's watch that features an Antarctica World Map on the dial with a World Time Zone ring on the edge of the dial. The case features stainless steel material with a polished finish. The width is 44mm with a depth of 15.3 meters, and a solid case back. The bezel is a fixed type, made of Tungsten Carbide material in a polished finish.

The white dial is an excellent background for the index hour markers treated with a luminescent coating for high legibility in darker lighting conditions. The hands are easy to see because of the luminescent treatment. The crown is a screw-down type, combined with the screw-in case back and a glare-proof and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal lens that makes this watch water-resistant up to 330 feet.

The Galactic 44 Day-Date is a limited edition wristwatch with just 500 ever made. The most notable features of this timepiece are the trophy black dial with contrasting raised index hour markers that stand out sharply for excellent legibility in daylight hours. The hand and hour markers glow in the dark due to the luminescent coating for a bright display.

The bezel is a uni-directional rotating style with a brushed and polished finish for a bit of contrast. The bracelet is a pilot style in polished stainless steel that matches the case and bezel. The back of the solid case features a "Breitling for America" graphic. Both the case back and crown are screw-down styles providing up to 660 feet in water-resistance.

The Galactic 44 operates through a Breitling Caliber 45 Swiss-made, self-winding automatic movement with COSC chronometer certification, 25 jewels, and a 38-hour power reserve. A sapphire crystal lens rests on top of the dial with an anti-glare coating and natural resistance to scratches.

The Breitling Galactic 30 is a smaller ladies watch that features a 30 mm wide case made of stainless steel with a matching bracelet. The case is 12.2 mm thick. The bezel functions as a uni-directional type. The dial is blue with lovely contrasting silver-tone hands. The hour markers are diamond with minute markers placed around the outer part of the rim.

The crown is a screw-down type enhancing water-resistance to a depth of 330 feet. The hands and markers feature luminescent material for excellent legibility in low light conditions. The movement is a Swiss-made Breitling Caliber 71 Super Quartz with an EOL indicator. The Galactic 41 is a larger watch with a stainless steel case that measures 41m m in width and 14 mm in thickness. The case back is solid and screws down. The bezel is made of steel and plated with 18kt gold in a uni-directional design.

The crown is a screw-locked type with water-resistance to 1,000 feet. This model within the Galactic line is one of the best and most reliable divers' editions. The dial is black with hands and hour markers in a gold-tone, with luminescent treatment for excellent visibility in deep water and low light conditions. A sapphire crystal lens that is both glare and scratch-resistant sits atop the dial.

Minute markers sit around the outer rim of the dial. The Galactic 41 operates by a Swiss-made automatic Breitling Caliber 49 movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. Functions include the date, hour, minute, seconds, and a chronometer function. The band of the Galactic 41 crafted of black genuine leather material. It fastens to the wrist with a tang clasp.

Price: $$2,430-$3,660

The Breitling Chrono Galactic is a men's watch that is the most suitable for smaller wrist sizes. The case features stainless steel material in a width of 38 mm. It rests comfortably on the wrist. The dial provides a white background with Roman Numerals for the hour markers.

The indexes show up nicely because of their dark tone against the white background. The date window sits at the 3 o'clock position with the three chronograph function sub-dials at 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock. This watch operates with a Swiss-made automatic movement.

Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, and a chronograph. The strap is made of genuine leather in black with contrasting white hand-sewn stitching on the sides. This watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters or 330 feet. The movement is COSC certified.
