It shows that CybSafe is building its infrastructure and beefing up the staffing at its headquarters. Many of CybSafe's open positions are for various engineering jobs, and a few of them are marketing positions, product designers, and sales positions. When all the new hires are made, CybSafe will have nearly one hundred members of its workforce. It's an exciting time of growth and development for the five-year-old establishment.

18. Oz Alashe is a co-founder with a solid education

According to his LinkedIn profile, Oz Alashe, co-founder of CybSafe, has an impressive academic record. He attended St. Albans School from 1987 to 1994. Immediately upon graduation, he started classes at the University of Reading, earning his degree in 1997. He attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 1998 through 1999. Alashe completed his Master of Arts degree in Defence Studies in 2014 from King's College London. He also earned his CMI Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Alashe serves as an advisory board member for the Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security since February of 2021. He is also an associate fellow of the Royal United Services Institute since June 2020. It's the oldest independent think tank associated with defenses and security on an international level. Oz Alashe is also an expert fellow of SPRITE, an acronym for the Security, Privacy, Identity, and Trust Engagement Network. The second founder of CybSafe is Sean Lumley. He studied at the University of South Africa from January 1995 through November 1995. He transferred to Rhodes University, where Lumley earned his BA in Industrial psychology, philosophy, and English. He attended the school on a sports scholarship serving on the Squash team. until 1997. He attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 1998 to 1999. He was involved in the Squash team and was awarded full colors in the 44 weeks Commissioning Course earning the position of Army Officer. He received numerous certifications. Lumley has international experience in various aspects of bid management, as director of bids and proposals and advancing to senior plans manager for Aegis Defense Services LLC. He is also a serial entrepreneur, establishing the Torchlight Group. He served as a non-executive director and co-founder for nine years and two months before co-founding CybSafe with Oz Alashe. Mr. Lumley has extensive experience in the defense industry. He also has a background in industrial psychology. Sean currently serves as the chief operations officer at CybSafe. He also provided pro bono work as a part-time volunteer for Michaelhouse for the past year and a half. The organization is a school in South Africa. It helps alumni to come together for a collective force to create good in the world.
