This film was a blockbuster hit in the drama/ fantasy genre that ran 2 hours and 33 minutes at its showing. It’s a film about a stranger that enters a city and begins asking questions that have never been asked before. The title of the film is taken from his initials which are PK. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is a drama/Bollywood film with a duration of 3 hours and 4 minutes. It’s about a beloved king who simply wants to live as normal people do. This role is played by Salman Khan. The main character assumes the identity of an average non-royal who bears an amazing physical resemblance to him. The film was released in 2015 and it was a success at the box office bringing in $130 million.

This film was released in 2015 with a run time of 2 hours and 39 minutes. It is a drama fantasy film that tells the story of Shivudu in the kingdom of Mahishmati who pursues his love and discovers truths about his past which are filled with many conflicts. He learns about his family and his legacy and prepares to face an arch-enemy that he has discovered. The film was directed by S.S. Rajamouli and written by K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, his father. The story takes place in medieval India.

The highest grossing Indian film of all time is “Dangal.” The film was released in 2016 by Nitesh Tiwari Aamir Khan Productions and UTV Motion Pictures. Walt Disney Studios India was a collaborating investor in the film. Dangal in English means Wrestling competition. This film is biographical in the sports and drama genres. It stars Aamir Khan in a lead role as Mahavir Singh Phogat. The film details the life, struggles, and victories of two female wrestlers who are sisters and it gives a look inside of their lives and their family in some detail. This film has won multiple awards for Best Asian Film, Best Foreign Film and multiple other international awards throughout the world. The film was such a raging success that it brought in an estimated $300 to $310 million at the box office. This makes it the highest grossing film that the Indian cinema has ever released.
