Lamborghini Aventador J

During the Geneva Motor Show of 2012, Lamborghini showcased a model named Aventador J. This is a very unique car that is easily recognized due to its windowless and roofless exterior. It features a carbon-fiber front bumper and comes with an SV-like rear spoiler. The J runs the same 6.5-liter V2 engine used on the standard Aventador and its exterior is furnished generously with carbon-fiber fittings including the side-skirts and other body kit segments. What is completely different about the Aventador is that it does not have air conditioning or a radio and the reason behind this is to reduce weight to 1,575 kg. Lamborghini Sesto Elemento

The Sesto Elemento was unveiled in the 2010 Paris Motor Show. Many people thought this is an unrelated model name, but it’s just a common naming system. Sesto Elemento in Itlian means “Sixth Element”, which basically refers to carbon. Therefore, the car includes a lot of carbon-fiber. Most importantly, almost all parts of the car were made in carbon and if there are few made using other materials the focus was to ensure they are as light as possible. The Sesto Elemento runs a 5.2-liter V10 engine that packs 570 horsepower, which is the same engine used on the Gallardo. Additionally, it weighs only 999 kg. Those who got it did part with a lot as this model came with a price tag of between $2,200,000 and $2,900,000, which is a deserving range for the model when you look at features included.

Lamborghini Centenario

In 2016 at the Geneva Motor Show, the Lamborghini Centenario was unveiled. The car was made to mark the commemoration of the 100th birthday of Ferrucio Lamborghini. The car is based on the Aventador and therefore shares many mechanical components. Its exterior, however, boasts a different design. It has a lot more visible carbon-fiber compared to the Aventador and comes with a larger active rear spoiler. The Lamborghini Centenario runs the 6.5-liter V12 engine that gives a whooping 759 horsepower. This helps the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 2.7 seconds. It got to the market at a cost of $2,200,000.

Lamborghini Reventón

This is among the best special edition Lamborghinis. Its name, Reventón, is borrowed from a bull that in 1943 killed a renowned bullfighter by the name Felix Guzman. In Spanish, the term also means “small explosion”. The Reventón was showcased in 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Most of its mechanical elements are borrowed from the Murcielago, but when it comes to its design, it is more aggressive on the outside. Its styling was meant to mimic the fastest airplanes hence its sharp accented look. There is a lot of carbon-fiber used on the body and it ran the 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 670 horsepower. Customers who got one parted with a total of $1,500,000.

Lamborghini Veneno

The Lamborghini Veneno was built as part of commemorating Lamborghini’s 50 anniversary. It came with a race-like interior that was plucked from the Lamborghini Aventador and in addition to this, the Lamborghini Veneno had a big rear spoiler as well as Italian flag vinyl for the interior.
