The Top Five Hugo Boss Watches Available Today

Hugo Boss has developed a reputation for style and boldness neatly wrapped in a package of minimalism. If you are a person who likes sleek designs that present pristine edges that make bold yet conservative statements, then there is a good chance you are a fan of Hugo Boss’ work. While Hugo Boss offers a wide range of clothes, shoes, and cologne, they have also thrown their hat into the watch industry. While watches are definitely a significant part of the fashion industry, success in the fashion clothing arena does not automatically translate into the watch industry. However, Hugo Boss has carved out a nice little niche in the watch market. In order to familiarize you with the watch line, I am listing the top five watches. I chose not to list them in any specific order because where they are placed is more based on personal preference than it is about one design being better than the other.

Hugo Boss Men’s Regatta 1512501

If you are looking for a mixture of sporty and style, the Regatta is an option for you. The Black rubber straps feature a highly prominent imprint of the Brand name, which likely the noticeable part of the entire design. While this brand feature is bold, it does not appear cheesy. The white dial with black print Chrono technology is what gives this watch its personality. Even with the white print on the Black rubber strap, this watch is somehow still able to present an aura of class and sophistication. The two sub-dials give the watch character with functionality. One offers the reading for the minutes and other for seconds.

Hugo Boss Men’s Chronograph Watch 1512806

This watch boasts a more classic appearance. It is great for a more conservative and polished look. It does not stick out as much as the Regatta, but it still speaks boldly of the Hugo Boss tradition. The stainless steel casing and bracelet ensure that the watch can answer the demand for durability, meaning that it can be an everyday watch if you desire. Where this watch stands out is in the details presented on the dial. The black dial with stainless markings for the numbers is accented by not one but three sub-dials that give the watch a great deal of character. This watch has consistently sold at between $350 and $400.

Hugo Boss Chronograph Ionic Black Plated Steel Strap Quartz Watch 1512961

This is a man’s man type of watch. The black dial with gold/copper framing of the letters and sub-dials is what gives this watch is distinct identity and personality. Additionally, the slanted tachymeter is a unique design that reduces the profile of the watch, making it good to wear with suits with worrying about if the watch will get caught on the sleeve. High-profile watches are great, but they can damage the cuff of nice shirts and jackets. If you are the person who is into large dials, you will definitely be satisfied with this timepiece. This watch is a sensible choice for the active person. It even sports a water resistance of up to 100 meters. Not bad for $300.

Hugo Boss Black Brushed Stainless Steel Watch 1512567

As with its clothing designs, the Hugo Boss brand places a great deal of emphasis on precision and luxury. There is nothing about this watch that does not measure up to the brand standards of Hugo Boss. Starting with the leather strap and moving up to the gorgeous polished stainless steel casing, this watch speaks the language of luxury. There is nothing overstated about this watch and yet it delivers a bold message that cannot be denied — I belong. While this watch does not sport a tachymeter (one of my little fetishes), it still calls out to me and grabs my attention. It is simple with its subtle sub-dials and date window, which are not easily noticeable. Amazingly, this watch comes in at about $225.

Hugo Boss Orange Cloth Analog Quartz Watch 1513010

If there is such a thing as a casual Hugo Boss timepiece, the 1513010 would be it. This watch stands out because of the bright orange nylon band that is immensely durable to be considered fabric. The casing sports a bronze matte finish with a matching bronze dial. The imprint and numbers on the dial match the orange strap. This is a great casual watch to wear with a nice t-shirt and shorts. What is unique about this watch is its designed imbalance. The hour markers on the are exaggerated while to create contrast on the dial. This is a great watch for someone looking for a casual piece under $200.
