There is no doubt that Conan O’Brien brings in a healthy annual salary. His show has been a tremendous hit and he maintains really great ratings. Although O’Brien is bringing in about $15 million a year, he’s still well below Jay Leno’s $20 million annually. He is however ahead of Jimmy Fallon who only brings in $5 million per year.

He got a big boost from NBC

Conan O Brien’s salary of $15 million comes from TBS, but he also has a deal for leaving NBC that is valued at $32.5 million. This is the buyout figure for the last two years that are left on his contract with NBC. As a March 1st, Jay Leno will be back on “The Tonight Show” for NBC. Another thing about Conan that really needs to be mentioned is that he’s not stingy when it comes to paying the staff and pros that help to make his late night show a success. He’s a savvy businessman but he’s not tight when it comes to paying others who are working on his behalf.
