This was definitely not one of Peugeot’s best moments, but it is something that they have learned from. When it comes to the newest version of the 308, they have been careful not to make claims that they can’t back up realistically.

Despite the public relations debacle that they had back in 2009, there is no doubt that this car is capable of getting very good gas mileage. Granted, one may not be able to drive over 1,000 miles on a single tank of gas, but the car is still very competitive with other automobiles in its class.
