4. 2007 Jason Taylor Game Worn and Unwashed Jersey – $776

Jason Taylor is considered to be the greatest defensive player to have ever put on a Miami Dolphins uniform, and is considered to be one of the greatest defensive player’s that the league has ever seen. In Taylor’s time with Miami, he recorded 131 sacks, 43 forced fumbles, 27 fumble recoveries, 8 interceptions, and 9 defensive touchdowns.

Taylor helped lead some of the greatest defenses in the franchise’s history and he is 7th all time in sacks in NFL history, and he has the most touchdowns in NFL history for a defensive linemen. Taylor also holds the record for the most fumbles returned for touchdowns with a total of 6.

Dan “The Man” Marino is considered to be the greatest Dolphins player in the history of the franchise. Marino took over the starting role at quarterback for the Dolphins in just week 6 of his rookie season, and he would go on to lead the Dolphins to a 12-4 record that season. In his sophomore season in the league, Marino had greatest season of his career, as he threw for 5,084 yards and 48 touchdowns, as both of those were NFL records during that time period.

Larry Csonka was known for his ability to bruise defenders with his bulldozing style of running of not being afraid of what was in his pathway led the Dolphins to be the best rushing team in the league in 1971 and 1972. Csonka is the Dolphins all-time rushing yardage leader with a total of 6,737 yards and is the all-time leader in rushing touchdowns with a total of 53.

The greatest game of his career came in Super Bowl VIII, as he was able to carry the ball a total of 33 different times, he scored 2 touchdowns in the game, and had the record for most yards in a Super Bowl game with 145 yards, but that record has been broken. 1. 1978-80 Bob Griese Game Worn Jersey – $7,767

Even though the first three season’s of Bob Griese career weren’t great, as soon as Miami hired a new head coach who was Don Shula at the time and a new decade was upon everyone, things for Bob Griese started to go his way. In the first season with Shula as head coach, Griese was named to his first Pro Bowl, as he lead the Dolphins to a 10-4 record.

To this day, Griese is one of the most decorated players in the history of the Miami Dolphins, as he won 2 Super Bowl titles, he was named to 8 Pro Bowls, he was a 2-time All-Pro, and he was awarded with the 1977 Bert Bell award. Griese wasn’t known to be a flashy quarterback, he played a simple game and was able to very efficient and get the job done when the running game was stopped by the opposing teams defense.
