2019 Cadillac XT6 fully loaded – $70,780
The XT6 is Cadillac’s luxury SUV, suitable for families who enjoy an active lifestyle but demand the very best in comfort, performance, and safety. This is their largest in the XT line. In the downline is the XT5 which is a midsize and the smaller XT4. Fully loaded, the price is just under $71,000.
2018 Jaguar F Pace SVR – $79,990
Britain’s famed Jaguar automakers produced their first SUV in 2018, and the price for their Jaguar F Pace SVR hit just under $80,000. The move to producing SUVs was a smart one as the vehicle ended up being their best selling model the year of its release. It’s a new trend that Jag is going to continue. It’s powered with a supercharged V8 engine that cranks 550 horsepower, the same power station that is found in the brand’s F-type sports car.
2018 Ford Expedition Platinum Max – $81,590
The 2018 edition of the Ford Platinum Max with all available options sold for a whopping $81,590. This tops the base price of the 2019 model by nearly $6.000, but the base price was $51,000 for last year’s model and the new base is $76,060. This puts it in the top 20 most expensive as number 19. If you’re looking for an expensive SUV that holds its value, this is an excellent choice in their top of the line models.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk
The new Trackhawk has taken a $700 jump in price from the previous year, but there haven’t been any significant changes over the 2018 edition. This is a part of the fourth generation which began in 2011, and there’s nothing new, but when we look back at the 2018 edition it’s packed with useful features including off-road ability, a high powered V8 engine, high tow ratings, and a plush interior packed with comfort and technology features.
2019 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition -$87,645
The new Land Cruiser has seen a jump in price over the past year but only by $1,100, so when you account for inflation, it’s likely a wash. The starting price for their Heritage Edition is a little higher but it’s packed with extras like LED projector-beam headlights for the low and high beams, dark housing an auto level control with auto on and off/ headlight cleaners and an integrated Land Cruiser logo to give it a little extra eye appeal. Although the starting price for a 2019 Porsche Macan SUV is around $51,000, there is something a bit more extraordinary about the Turbo edition with a performance package. It has more power. This was the most expensive SUV in their lineup for 2018 and it is continuing the tradition for the current model year, 15.
2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum 4 WD – $100,295
The new Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum 4WD edition goes for just over $100 grand. It took a small jump in price but then again, there have only been a few minor changes made for the 2019 edition. It’s still part of the fourth generation that’s been around since 2015. The same features apply such as the V8 engine that supplies plenty of power, the quiet cabin, seating for up to eight and the ability to tow up to 8,100 pounds.

The 2019 Lincoln Navigator L Black Label is the cream of the crop when it comes to high-end luxury. This special edition of the Navigator is the largest and the most glorified in their SUV line. When it comes to options, there aren’t that many when you compare it with other luxury SUVs but it does have a rear-seat entertainment system and a few other cool options.
2019 BMW X5M – $102,695
The newer X5M is the most expensive in BMW’s X5 lineup at a pinch over a hundred grand. This SUV features a powerful design and a V8 engine to the tune of 4.4 liters, cranking 567 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque for fast acceleration. It boasts a sprint from zero to sixty mph in four seconds flat. The executive package delivers high performance for the extra $25,000. 2018 Volvo XC90 T8 eAWD Plug-in Hybrid Excellence – $104,900
this was one of the most expensive SUVs on teh market in 2018. The Volvo XC90 T8 special edition vehicle had a long name as well as a long list of desirable luxury features. The 440 horsepower gave it plenty of power, but the interior was something else. The four bucket seats were ventilated, heated and they also came equipped with massage functions for the most comfortable ride ever. A beverage cooler was also included in the rear with a set of crystal glasses. It was an ultra-posh SUV for those who demanded luxury and didn’t mind paying a little extra for it.

What makes this SUV worth more than $111K? We begin with the fact that it’s a Mercedes. This SUV was updated to have even more power with a sporty aesthetic and a boost in horsepower over the previous model. It boasts a full 577 horses in the corral, but you have to be willing to sacrifice a bit of cargo space thanks to the tapered roof.

This is a variant of the AMG GLE63 and it’s even more expensive than its sibling. Nevermind the fact that it only gets 13 mpg in the city and 18 on the highway, it’s a comfortable luxury SUV. It boasts a 5.5-liter V8 engine that provides 577 horsepower and the performance is nothing short of magnificent.
2020 Range Rover Sport -126,813
The New Land Rover Range Rover Sport offers a build your own feature that allows you to create the vehicle of your choice if you’re prepared to pay the steep price tag. A fully loaded with all options is now available for just over $126,000. This makes it the seventh most expensive SUV on the market today.
2019 Tesla Model X Ludicrous Performance $158,454
Taking a $21,000 jump in just one year, the 2019 Tesla Model X Ludicrous Performance is in the top ten of the most expensive SUV currently on the market. It’s an all-electric vehicle that is definitely affected by the weather. This vehicle runs off a 95.0 kWh battery and has a range of 425 km with an efficiency of 22.4 kWh per 100 km.
2019 Maserati Levante Trofeo -$169, 980
The starting price for the base model of teh Maserati Levante Trofeo for 2019 is just under $170k. This generation made its appearance in 2017 and has been going strong ever since. What’s new this year is a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine that generates 590 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque, mated with 8-speed automatic transmission.

The 2019 Lamborghini Urus has a base price of $200,000, which means it could cost more, depending upon the chosen trim and options. 2019 Bentley Bentayga – $243,325 fully loaded
Bentley has also entered into the SUV market with their entry-level version of the second most expensive SUV in the world today. The new Bentayga features a 4.0-liter V8 engine that generates 542 horsepower, but this isn’t enough for some loyal customers who may also avail themselves of the ultra-luxe V8 edition that cranks 600 horsepower. It’s in competition with the likes of Maserati, Range Rover, and Mercedes, and it’s only been beat at price by Rolls Royce this year. You can get a scaled-back edition for a starting price of just $64,000 but the fully loaded maximum power edition is guaranteed to be a lot more fun because it can jump from zero to sixty mph in just 3.5 seconds and it can hold its own on the road, but why would you ever want to race an SUV?
2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan – $325,000
The new Cullinan is Rolls-Royce’s star SUV and it’s cut into the market for the one percent of the population who can afford its high price-tag. Let’s not forget that there is also tax, license and a destination charge on top of the MSRP. This SUV gets just 14 mpg combined fuel efficiency but that’s not a worry for those who demand the absolute best when it comes to high-end luxury along with top of the line automotive performance.
