There are great hiking places in warm weather and also lots of winter activities. Anchorage is the starting point for the famous Iditarod dog sled races. You won’t run out of things to do in Alaska unless you decide to go off the grid and stay there. The people who live in Alaska develop their own culture and it’s a welcoming one where you can find communities of neighbors who have each other’s backs and are willing to help out if the need arises.

While living in Alaska may not be ideal for everyone, the majority of people who move their marvel at the beauty of the country. It’s a diverse and unique state that has a little bit of everything to offer its residents. There are plenty of good reasons to invest in Alaska real estate.
