There are Bermuda greens and zoysia fairways. With the exception of the first two holes, the rest of the course is predominantly flat, so it will suit people who want a relaxing day of golfing without feeling like they have exerted themselves hiking up elevations. Although the terrain is flat, there are several island greens where they are built-up on mounds with slopes running off the sides.
