If you’re looking for another unique steakhouse experience, Greystone offers yet something different as well. This time, the difference comes in the types of meat that they serve. This restaurant is a great option for those brave souls that dare to eat anything that’s served on a plate. Of course they have Japanese wagyu beef, but that’s not the meat were talking about. Greystone happens to serve exotic delicacies such as buffalo tenderloin, elk chop, and wild boar sausage. This means that all the juices are sealed in the cut you’ve chosen, and those juices will only come out when you cut through it to put in your mouth. It’s basically steak as it should be done. Donovan’s is one of the most elegant steakhouses in the city, and if you’re looking for a classic steakhouse experience, this would be the perfect place to go.
If you happen to be downtown and suddenly feel the urge for steak, you’re in luck because Island Prime is probably right around the corner. This restaurant offers some pretty amazing views of Harbor Island and the bay. It also features a wonderfully Californian menu. Staying true to its island name, you can get the best seafood along with your cut of meat. It’s the perfect place to have surf and turf nights. Once you’re don with your meal, both your stomach and your eyes will be satisfied and ready for the next visit. Remember to try as many things as you can on the menu each time you go though. Whenever we hear of cowboys and steakhouse, we automatically think big cut meats and lots of food. You will get a hefty cut, but that’s not what this restaurant is known for. You’ll understand as soon as you walk into the place. You’ll dine here and leave feeling like a true cowboy or cowgirl because the décor will instill it in you. All their steaks are hand-cut from their very own butcher shop. This alone will let you know that the quality of their meats is some of the highest in the city. All their ingredients are also locally sourced, so you know that everything is as fresh as if you picked them in your own farm or garden.
