There’s no doubt about it, they have been in the news quite a lot lately, largely because of a potential merger with another cloud-based powerhouse, Zoom. Clearly, the lack of a merger is not likely to hurt them. In fact, they released a statement directly after they decided to pull out of the merger with Zoom, stating that they had a great deal of potential for growth as a stand-alone company.

13. They’re still open to the right merger

Even though they are now talking about remaining a stand-alone company, they’ve also been quick to point out that they’re still very much open to the idea of merging with another company similar to Zoom, should the perfect opportunity present itself. In order for them to do it, it would have to be something that would allow them to do things that they don’t feel they could do on their own, and that means it would have to be a near perfect opportunity. However, they are definitely not ruling out the possibility at this time.

14. Their stock is currently performing well

There is no doubt that the stock market can be extremely volatile, leaving a lot of consumers to wonder where they should invest their money. Many analysts who spend their days and nights staring at stock market information believe that it is a good time to purchase stock in Five9 because they see the company moving forward and increasing their value. While many of them believe that this value will increase over the next three to six months, they also see the company increasing in value in the long-term.

There’s no doubt about it, this is a company that knows how to expand their reach while simultaneously maximizing their value to the customers that they already have. That’s one reason why they have managed to do so well thus far. While other companies like Zoom are seeing a rather dramatic drop in their stock as a direct result of more people going back to work and using their platforms less, Five9 has found important ways to maximize their value to their existing customers while still attracting new ones.

For them, it’s all about providing customer service that is second to none, regardless of the size of the business they are helping. In other words, Five9 gives them some freedom to make their own choices so that they can be allowed to do their best work. One thing the executives at the company definitely don’t believe in doing is keeping people under their thumb while trying to micromanage them at every turn.

Because they have recognized how important it is to do business differently, they have become a global company in the truest sense of the term possible. They have customers all over the world. Moreover, they utilize a workforce that exists all over the world. This actually works in the company’s favor because it allows them to have people working around the clock without forcing somebody to work at three in the morning. For them, all they need to do is have their staff on one side of the world work during the first 12 hours of the day and then allow their staff on the other side of the world to take the next shift. When it’s all said and done, it’s beneficial for everyone involved.
