Here is how Richards accrued her wealth.

The two sisters then appeared alongside each other in the 1977 thriller film ‘The Car,’ which was Richards’ film debut. A Year later, she landed a role in ‘Eaten Alive.’ During the late 1970s, Richards also had small roles in various television series, including ‘Fantasy Island,’ ‘Flying High,’ ‘Time Express,’ ‘Vega$,’ and ‘Carter Country.’ Richards raised her profile further when she played the role of Lindsey Wallace in the 1978 slasher film ‘Halloween’ alongside Jamie Lee Curtis. By this time, Richards had become associated with the horror film genre. The next horror film in which she appeared was the 1980 supernatural movie ‘The Watcher in the Woods.’ Richards also played the lead role in the 1989 horror movie ‘Curfew.’

Richards already worked to raise money for this charity, and along with her husband, they have donated more than $100,000 to the hospital. She has also hosted fundraisers for the charity that have been featured on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ series.
