It is responsible for the development of the technology that helps businesses to monetize their businesses via programmatic buying and other resources. Since its launch of the main product, Teads has developed several other related services to grow and expand into the top provider in the world.

2. Teads has been in business for nearly two decades

Teads was founded in 2005. It has been in operation for sixteen years as of 2021. It is an established company that has its US base headquarters in New York, New York. The company also goes by a few other names including Trigami, Ebuzzing, Ebuzzing & Amp, but the legal name is Teads.

3. Teads is a versatile enterprise

Teads is classified under related industry categories. Its main focus is in Advertising, but it is also considered to be a business with roots in the Video industry, as well as the Internet, and in the Mobile industry. Teads serves a range of clients across several industries with its advertising solutions that help to maximize the potential for monetization of their operations.

The total number of monthly visits for the month is still, however high, at 69,444. This has resulted in Teads US receiving a ranking of number 359,853 of the millions of websites registered on the world wide web.

The Teads US website gets most of its web traffic from visitors who live in the United States. Seventy-four percent of the web traffic is from this country. 14. Teads acquired 2 more companies in 2011

On March 1, 2011, Teads announce the ac1quisition of a company called BeeAd. This is a leading video and rich media ad network company in Paris, France. The company was acquired through a purchase by cash and stock, although the amount was not disclosed. On May 11, 2011, Teads also acquired a company called Wikio, which is an e-commerce platform to help users find, compare, and buy services and products. The company is located in Paris, France with a total funding amount of $5.3 million.

15. Teads has made 7 total acquisitions

Teads acquired three more companies at various locations throughout the world. In March of 2012, it acquired a company called Beezik. This is a website that allows users to download music legally. On September 12, 2016, it acquired Teads. tv for out streaming video advertising. The company had a funding amount of $2.7 million before the deal closed It is located in Bucharest, Romania. The final acquisition was made on February 7, 2019. Teads acquired Buzzeeff, a company from Dubai, UAE. These acquisitions expanded the presence of Teads into multiple nations, making it a global/multinational company.

16. Teads is growing its workforce

According to LinkedIn, Teads is currently hiring. We saw on its LinkedIn website that there are 147 open positions with the company. It is preparing for another huge growth spurt.
