Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux is a French businesswoman and entrepreneur. She is also the chief executive officer of a new startup in France called Skello. She is a young entrepreneur who has achieved success in her career by following her dreams, rolling up her sleeves, and working hard to achieve her career goals. She is an exceptional example and role model for young female entrepreneurs who have dreams of becoming business owners or pursuing executive careers in business. If you've not yet heard of her, here are ten things you probably didn't know about Quiterie Mathelin-Moreaux.

1. Quitterie Mathelin- Moreaux is a co-founder of Skello

According to Crunchbase, Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux is not only the CEO of Skello, but she is also a co-founder of the organization. She and her two partners launched the enterprise in January of 2016. She has served as the CEO for over five years and has led the company forward into its current level of success.

2. She was educated in France

Quitterie attended the Preparatory School Saint Louis de Gonzague from 2009 through 2011. While a student there, she studied economics, mathematics, philosophy, Spanish, and English. According to LinkedIn, she graduated in 2011, at which time she was accepted at ESCP Europe. She began her program of study in multiple categories. She studied business, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and related support services. She graduated with her master's in management degree in 2014.

3. She was involved in extracurricular activities

Quitterie was involved in a variety of activities and societies when she was in college. She was an actor in the ESCP drama club. She was also a member of ESCP Europe Yachting and a member of Artmaniac. She maintained a healthy balance of work and fun during her time as a student.

4. Quitterie worked as a counselor

Ms. Mathelin-Moreaux spent time serving as a counselor for special needs children from July of 2008 through August of 2008. She was employed at the Rocky Mountain Horse Ranch in Billings, Montana, in the United States. he worked at the camp for two months. Part of her job was to train the horses as well as to manage a group of eight special needs children. This shows that she loves animals and children. She is also skilled at being a horse trainer.

5. She believes in volunteerism

In July of 2010, Quitterie served as a volunteer for Bluenergy. She worked on a location in Nicaragua on a World Bank Project on solid waste application. Part of her responsibilities was to install and control water filters and windmills in Nicaraguan communities. While there, she learned how important it is to adapt to other cultures. She also learned the value of teamwork to accomplish essential goals to help others in need. She spent a total of two months working on the project and was not paid for her efforts. It was on a volunteer basis.

6. She was also a sales assistant

Quitterie didn't start her career at the top of the leadership rung, where she currently is today. In December of 2011, she was hired as a sales assistant for a company called Sailndream agency. She spent one month working at the job on location in Paris, France. It was a travel agency that sponsored its annual boat show. She helped with planning and reviewing offers. She learned about the management of a team and also learned how to deal with a broad range of customers.

7. She worked as a consultant

In March of 2013, Quitterie worked on a consultancy project for Bee for Battens through funding from two Google Grants. In her position, she helped to develop strategies in various areas while planning and executing online marketing strategies for startup companies. She learned how to use Adwords during the two months she spent on the project. In July of 2012, she served as a project manager for Solidarite France-Nepal. Her job took her to a location in Nepal where she managed the team and evaluated the possibilities. She was the lead on the two-month project from the beginning to the completion.

8. She has global work experience

Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux has worked in several countries throughout the world. In addition to her projects in the USA, Nepal, and Nicaragua, she also served as a Junior Analyst for a company called Opinno. In June of 2013, she went to the location in Madrid, Spain for a three-month assignment to work with organizations. She introduced them to open innovation and lean development methodologies, as well as teaching them about the philosophy of governments and large corporations.

9. She was a business developer

Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux has done a lot of different jobs in her life. Another skill that she has is as a business developer. She spent a year and one month between the Fall of 2013 through 2014, in the Work 4 team. The job was located in France. She was in charge of sales processes set up, business operations, lead generation, CRM, marketing webinars, sales decks, and partnerships, as well as recruitment for project and sales managers. There isn't much that Quitterie hasn't done in the business world.

10. She was a president before Skello

Before becoming a co-founder of Skello, Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux was hired as the president of OuiSport Association in Paris, France. She was hired in January of 2015 and served for 9 months at the post before leaving in September of that year. She helped to provide athletes with visibility and support. The organization existed to support athletes from around the world and to help them achieve their goals of making it to the Olympic games. This was the last job that Quitterie listed on her resume before she joined forces with her current partners and launched the company Skello. She was already a seasoned professional with years of experience in multiple aspects of the business world. She started as a sales assistant at an entry-level job and she worked her way up the career ladder with progressively responsible positions.
