Roshni was the first female in the history of HCL Technologies to become the head of the corporation. She also inherited the company from her father Shiv Nadar, who is also the founder of the company. It has an estimated value of $8.9 billion. Several other businesses within the HCL Technologies Group include HCL Healthcare, HCL Infosystem, and HL Technologies. She is the only daughter of the magnate. She took over Shiv’s position on July 17, 2020. She inherited her fortune from her father.
